Wow Wow that is what I can say!!

This is a exciting game for you to play by your self or with some family and friends.

It is motivational and fun. I did it by my self and I have to say that I really like it. I enjoy myself trying to do the exercises and the more I do them the easier they would get.

This exercise game is no joke!! You can do this if you are a beginner or a pro.

What I love about this is that with the different cards you work out your cardio, core, legs, arms, and chest! You will not do the same exercise over and over so doing them with the different cards that you get it will fool your body and you will get better results. Who don't want that. This game fits your daily life and you can take it anywhere you go.

With this game you don't need equipment at all which is great!! Use the strategy cards to earn extra points, give your opponent extra exercises, or block your opponent's strategy cards! No boredom; you will never play the same game or get the same workout twice.

I corrected that the exercise is a quad hop..when you push up off the ground is like a frog hop.
